Midwest Foster Care and Adoption Association just learned about an immediate private adoption of a Caucasian baby boy born this weekend with Down's Syndrome. We're seeking adoption studied/ready families interested in privately adopting this little guy. The adoption could be completed for a study ready family by the end of the year, making the family eligible for the federal adoption tax credit to cover the expenses incurred in the adoption.
