I started this with Jett at about mayb...Hey Carrie!<br />I started this with Jett at about maybe 25 months, but on a low dose, only 100 mg or so. It was when I increased it to 350-400 mg that I saw positive effects. Capsules, you'd have to open and put in your child's food. I have the 500mg capsules. I open it, fill the small end and then dumb the rest in his food. This is the dose that works best for him. Jett doesn't swallow pills yet--I haven't tried. Just start low and go slow and watch for any side effects (like hyperactivity, insomnia, skipping a nap, etc). I wanted to know how do you administer the L-Carnosine to Jett. Is it in the morning? Do you smash the capsule into juice or possibly apple sauce?
